Purification of rabbit serum samples

Buffer A: 0.02 M PBS pH 7.0;

Buffer B: 0.1 M Gly-HCl pH 2.7;

Buffer C: 2 M Tirs;

Sample treatment: serum sample and buffer solution A are diluted according to the ratio of 2:1, and filtered through 0.45 um filter membrane;

Purification process: Take 3 mL of Mab ChromA and fill it into 1*10 cm HiQum? Equilibrate the column with at least 10 CV of buffer A in a CTN35 glass column, inject at a flow rate of 1 mL/min, rinse with buffer A until the baseline is stable, elute with buffer B, collect the fraction above 200 mAu, and immediately neutralize with buffer C.
